Poor instructions and fittings
The box has been opened, the instructions are terrible. The instructions only explain how to install the projector, not how to mount it to the ceiling. I didn't include strong screws for mounting to the ceiling. I would have expected delayed bolts or anchors. It was terrible. Also advertised as rotating, it rotates when you loosen the screws, which isn't user friendly.
