Good product but cannot be opened
I LOVE these lip balms. I have been buying this brand of lip products for over 8 years and they have always been reliable. The only problem is that sometimes the top cover gets stuck and you can never open it. This has happened to me a few times and in a case I bought recently the lid of the strawberry was completely crumpled and I don't think I'll ever be able to use a brand new product that really sucks. I have a collection of these clogged jars that I hope to one day open and use the product in.
