This meets my expectations. The only improvement I would suggest is a slightly larger heating area to cover more of the arm. The length of the straps is sufficient for me (the circumference of my arm is 13 inches and the circumference of the chest from shoulder to under arms is about 38 inches). The battery lasts me for a few uses over several days (about 30 minutes at a time and at least 4 uses over about 5 days).
