Overall, this product is very durable and quite easy to use. I haven't noticed any issues with flexing or cheapness of manufacture. The only issue I have is the ring that the bowl fits into and connects to the handles. Didn't exactly fit the bowl that holds the round slices. It was good enough to use that I didn't find it annoying. But I like it when things come together perfectly. So at first I was tempted to bend the handle a bit to make it fit perfectly. But I don't recommend it. Sometimes it's better to leave things alone. I used the product once with a medium disc and it worked great. Ideal for frying potatoes to make dumplings. I've looked at a few of these, so I'm not sure if anyone has complained about the flex in the handle of this particular product. But I didn't see a problem with the handles being weak enough to bend. It seems very well made and should last a long time.
