I wanted to love this keyboard. Actually I did. However, there was an ongoing issue with it that I think others should be aware of. If, like me, you hibernate your computer only to wake it up again after a while (no matter how much time has passed, the main thing is that the computer hibernates), you will encounter a problem when the keyboard is not responding. This happened every time I went back to my computer and woke it up from sleep. I tried googling and found that holding down the 3 function keys on the top left of the keyboard does a factory reset. So I tried that, but the keyboard didn't even respond to the reset macro when waking the computer from sleep! The only way I've found to fix this problem is to remove BOTH keyboard USB ports and reconnect both (removing just one doesn't work). Over the past few months of really wanting to love this keyboard, I kept running into this problem and ended up having to crawl back behind my computer and remove those two USB connections to get the keyboard working again, which is more and more happening each time more became disappointing. happens. I gave this product 3 stars instead of 1 because I really like this keyboard. The switches are good, the backlight is nice and super configurable via software, I like the multimedia keys. I really hate crawling behind my computer every day to make it work. I hope HyperX sees this and figure out how to prevent it from happening to future people who want to buy it.
