The interface is easy for players who are not very technical in nature or those new to online gaming. I have been playing poker since 2008 so this has helped my game tremendously! It's also great because it gives you all of your stats at once rather than having to go through them one by one as other programs do. There can be lag times when using certain features but nothing too terrible from what we've seen thus far. We use inteliticss primarily to track our statistics while waiting between hands during tournaments. This helps us keep more organized about how much time passes without action which makes me feel like I'm better prepared next hand.
