Nowhere in the product description is it mentioned to buy monthly data storage. The software that came with the device is no longer supported, forcing their customers to use the cloud service. They say on the website that you can still use their 'old' software if you want, but there's no customer support for it. This means there is no customer support for the device we JUST bought unless you are willing to spend EXTRA money for their cloud service. Scanners are cheap, I thought the initial cost was for their software. Yes, and there are no customer service contact numbers. I assume this is all via email? They sell customer service plans for 49.95. I thought it would be a great organizational tool. It turned out to be a big joke.
