The box is fine but looks used and a bit dirty.
The converter box itself is simply great. The original packaging it arrived in was damaged and previously opened. Although the item was supposed to be new, it was fingerprinted and appeared to be used. Again, the box itself works fine, but otherwise I was disappointed.
