Easy to use and gets the job done. I mixed a cup of vinegar with a gallon of water and used a brush to scrape my beige grout, which was so dirty it was black in places. The brush has a V-shape that keeps it in the crevice groove and a retractable handle so you can adjust it to your height. It's easy to use while standing and the flexible head ensures even brush pressure on the grout. I got our grout looking like new on an 8ft x 14ft square of 18" tile in about 40 minutes. My wife was very happy, so I was happy.
