If I could give 10 stars I would. My tile/grout looks fantastic with my Shark Steam Pro. I no longer have to use my hands and knees to clean the grout. This product worked great after 7 hours. I really like the swivel head, it's very convenient to use. For the cleaner, I used distilled white vinegar and doTERRA On Guard Concentrate. My floors haven't looked this good in a long time.

So I'm not going to berate this strain too much as it is a non-commercial strain. I have a weak right arm and aching knees so cleaning the bathroom tiles was a nightmare for me. No longer!
