So I'm not going to berate this strain too much as it is a non-commercial strain. I recently used a commercial brush and was very impressed with the results, especially when combined with the purple cleaner sold by Home Depot. Unfortunately, this brush did not meet the requirements even with a strong cleaner. The bristles are not stiff enough, which means a lot more friction and eventually rapid wear of the bristles. This would be effective on a small kitchen floor, but I have over 3,000 square feet of tile flooring. On a positive note, the grip was long; I'm 5ft 7" and have problems with broomsticks that are too short which puts strain on my back. It also turned well and stayed in the grout lines.
