Works great as a posture corrector. This will bring your spine back and prevent you from slouching or hunching over from sitting in front of a computer for too long. I like magnets on my spine to increase blood flow. My height is 6ft 0in, 215#. I received a large size according to the waist size chart. It fits, but hardly. The shoulder straps are fully openable with Velcro, it's a breeze to put on an OVR t-shirt so you don't get so irritated. The length is much shorter than in her photo of a man. For me, it's about 6 inches shorter than my L5-S1 vertebrae on my spine. My chest is 44 size 46. It fits me like the guy in the red shorts in the photos in the review. As with Asian products I love the design and construction but have a feeling they were made in the USA for a shorter torso, men or women. I hope Junlan takes this as constructive criticism.
