This is definitely a good bike helmet. Measure your head with a tape measure before purchasing. This will ensure you get the correct size. My only complaint is the internal foam or something like it's hard. Obviously intentional, but a poor fit would make it quite uncomfortable. But still a good helmet. I use it daily on my e-bike.
