Great quality for a refurbished laptop
Ordered and arrived within 4 days. The laptop is practically new, so overall I'm impressed. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there is very little wear on the edge of the keyboard. No one will ever notice unless you try to look carefully. Specs were as advertised (8GB RAM, 256 SSD, i5). The screen quality is excellent, shiny and clean. The keyboard is in new condition. I will say I am impressed with the way they packaged the product as they know this is a refurbished device. It came in the original Microsoft packaging.
