At first I had a little problem getting a slightly damaged part (bought 4, one was slightly bent). The seller solved the problem without question and did everything right. For us, the supplier behind his product is just as important as the product itself. NOW ON THE SHOW. The powder room and kitchen in our 70's home has a drop ceiling for vintage fluorescent lighting, Austin Powers would have loved these but we didn't. We bought the 2" x 4" model and they fit perfectly. They were simply put in the same place as the old lamps. We also bought a "light cable" (https://www.amazon.com/GE-Molded-8-Foot-White-54475/dp/B002DNM6SG/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1546735466&sr=8-5&keywords = lamp +set+cord ) for each lamp, it connected perfectly without tools. Skill level to complete the job, 4 out of 10, total time 1 hour. Finished. I'm not sure I could be happier with this product or the seller. This greatly improved the lighting and overall look of the room.
