Documentation in very small letters, in a very small booklet, little information. It took a while but I connected it to my phone and was able to see the screen, photos and videos. Very few settings on the phone for the camera. I had to go online, to the FAQ section of the Instant360 website. Finally found how to put the camera in your pocket. Charged the battery and tried to access the camera via USB. It does not work. I went to Devices and Printers and found Instant360 there, but with a hated yellow exclamation mark. Said there was no driver. Went online for solutions, the little book that came with it was useless. In a section while you search the internet, not on the Instant360 website. There was a comment To enter the settings and set the USB settings to IOS, you did this, connected the camera to the computer, turned on the camera, turned on the camera for about 10 seconds and turned itself off. Tried several times. Went back online and found another comment saying it doesn't work on USB 3.0, USB 2.0 must be used. I dug up the old computer and hooked it up, did the same. The camera will turn off after about 10 seconds, around the time the computer recognizes that the USB device has been recognized. Number for a call back or something else. Not working at the moment, sent them an email with my problem. If there is no solution by tomorrow evening, go back to Revain. Very frustrating, I have numerous cameras, wifi, digital, outdoor etc never had this problem. The camera turned on for 10 seconds and turned off again. Tried several times.
