Not Great for Loaves
I love baking in silicone. It cleans up so easily but for baking bread, it just doesn't work. The "pans" stretch out while the bread is baking so you wind up with more of a bread football than a loaf. In all other ways these are fine.

- They're just okay. They do the job but is flimsy being made of silicone
Cons
- The silicone may retain odors from past baking
