Mybos has been very helpful and responsive. They are always willing to go above and beyond for you. I have had many issues getting my building up and running correctly, but they were always available to talk and help me through it. The support team is amazing! It's a little pricey compared to other providers. However, they do offer a free trial that will allow you to see if their product is something you would like to use. As a developer, I can't think of anything I didn't like about this program. We have found that the system has helped us greatly when trying to manage our complex strata properties, and we also love how easy it is to add new users so that we don't have to be there every time someone needs access to a file.
