This was my second experience with these magnetic car mounts. I have a round Lamicall magnetic ring on the back of a very heavy wallet. The first had 4 magnets and did not stay in vain. However, it is amazing! 6 magnets do their job. If you have a bulky suitcase and are out of luck anywhere, this is what you need! I used a vent clip from my old one and attached it with this magnetic mount and lined up the plastic ball perfectly. I don't like sticking anything from 3M on the dashboard so I only needed one holder and I'm very happy with its durability! Just do it!
