Solid colors are a different style than the prints
Ordered the printed dress first. Fits nicely and is just as described: fit & flair. Material is of a decent thickness and the dress doesn’t stick to my nylon "chub-rub” shorts. I am not generally a dress wearer - this was purchased as a possible guest attire for a wedding - but I plan to keep & wear it throughout the summer.Ordered the solid color dress second because I liked the printed one so much. However, this dress is not fit & flair; it is more empire waisted and has a horribly itchy elastic running through the waist area. This causes the skirt to look gathered versus having a clean transition from bodice to skirt. The material is also a much different quality - thin & very, very clingy. Very disappointed in the solid color and will have to return it.
