Review on Tofugear Omnitech by Alex Taylor

The best thing about tofugear OmniChnnel team was their quick response time - they are always there when you need them! Also it's very easy for store managers/owners who have no technical skills at all but want some help with setting up omni channel system or just simply managing inventory in different stores. They made sure everything went smoothly during our implementation process which helped us save lot of money while increasing ROI quickly after launch (we were able to get same amount of customers now than before). For one year we haven't had any issues what so ever since starting using this software; however I can see few minor improvements here & there. Nothing really bad- not much improvement needed either except maybe little bit more training sessions would be awesome ;-) It helps me manage my entire online business efficiently by assigning tasks like order taking etc Tofugear Omnitech is a very powerful platform with a strong team behind it. It's easy to use and offers a lot of features. The customer support is also very good. I have not found anything specific I dislike. The only thing I can say is that I wish the price was a little lower. I am solving problems by enabling omnichannel retailing. We are using it for my company to be able to offer our customers the best experience.
