Actually I wanted to give this bag 5 stars as the bag is a good size and looks really cute. The only thing I would have liked would have been the rear opening, which would be more comfortable and larger to allow my Surface Pro 6 to slide in with ease. However, I have to practically empty my pocket to fit the device in my pocket. The inside pockets don't hang straight either. The design is such that they are arranged sideways and things can easily slide out. If the pockets were higher there would be no problems. Nevertheless, I like it better than my much smaller Levenger backpack because of its functionality and appearance. I also like the many handles that allow me to carry it in different ways. Update: I've changed my rating to 5 stars. The company contacted me after reading my initial review and offered me a discount on the original, with a partial refund of my purchase price. Very satisfied as I liked the bag so much that I kept it despite the problems. I took the bag to Disneyland and it was big enough to hold a water bottle, light jacket and small umbrella in addition to my phone, sunscreen and other small items. It was also a great bag/backpack. I hope this helps those who have doubts about this purchase!
