Excellent Customer Service & Support

The customer service that this software provides is exceptional. They are always willing to assist when you need them. They also have excellent support tickets set up so it's easy to reach out to someone if needed. Sometimes I receive multiple emails from their team within minutes of each other. This is great when you need help and want to get things moving again. Sending time-sensitive messages is one of my favorite features. I love that they provide an option to schedule messages in advance so there's no waiting around. I wish I could use the desktop version of this software as well but most mobile devices lack some features such as scheduling. This software has helped me save a lot of time and make sure I don't miss important messages. I like the ability to have my own dashboard and see what is going on in my network. I also like the ability to have a notification system for my staff. I don't like that sometimes the system will not work. I have had to call tech support several times to get it to work. I have not found anything I do not like about sendQuick. I have been able to monitor my network and my staff is able to see what is going on in the network.
