It's non-stick surface allows cooking a breeze. I only wish that it came with a glass lid so that some of the food can be cooked wit the lid covered to keep the temperature even or to prevent oils popping outside. I got this "Ninja C60020 Foodi NeverStick Stainless 8-Inch Fry Pan" to try. I've had blender from Ninja and it is my first time trying their cookware. I did not get disappointed. Here is the review.The good:- Very good build quality. UPDATE (6/12/22):After a couple months of use and only using wooden utensils, I noticed a few chips in the non-stick coating (see attached photo) which I thought was supposed to be super durable and could even withstand metal utensils! I called Ninja customer service and they offered to replace my pan with a new one after I sent back the damaged one to them. Incredibly helpful! I love this company. I was hoping this would not happen so soon. I don't think I, or those in my family that used this pan, abused it in any way. It is a large pan that heats up well and food doesn't stick to it at all. Just wish it didn't scratch so easily

This first thing I noticed about this pan, is that the non-stick surface is very different than what I'm accustomed to. It is rough and bumpy, like the surface of a cast iron pan. It's been a while since I've bought non stick.I can do scrambled eggs w/butter and when I'm done simply rinse it and it looks as if I've never cooked in it!If course I still use soap to store but point is no scrubbing, just water out of the faucet cleans. This is a good nonstick pan & works on Induction. It heats evenly – although it does take a bit longer than my All-Clad pans to reach temperature on my induction cook top. This is a very well made frying pan that is so much easier to use and care for than the usual non-stick cookware. I fried an egg on a dry pan and it stuck. I followed the instructions that came with the pan. It is a nice size and sturdy. Next time I will melt a little butter first.

I have some expensive cookware. I cook too much for too many to have junk but that's exactly how it feels after having this. Best line ever, hands down. Cooks even, even if it's bacon pushed up the side of the pan. No hot spots. Cleans in a snap. Best ever.

This pan behaves no differently than my T-Fal. The bottom of the pan might get stained easily. I still need to spray or butter the pan or food does stick.

Ninja got it right. I use the pan for anything but steaks. I love the stainless steel exterior. Hand wash only and heat slowly for best results. Just a drop or two of olive oil is good enough. Always try to stay on medium or lower heat. I have an all stainless steel saute pan if I want to sear or do high heat cooking.

It’s only right to rate a non-stick pan after you’ve owned/used it for a few months. And I use it probably 6/8 times a week. It’s a good, heavy pan that has a wonderful non/stick surface, lays flat, is easy-to-clean and cooks evenly. What more can you ask?
