A masterpiece - my new review

I’ll be the first to say I'm not a fan of Ninja products. I won’t get into it but they know what they did. Anyway I have to say this pan blew me away. First of all, the 12 inch pan is huge. It has a beautiful chrome finish and the interior almost resembles sparkle paint. To give it a test drive I used this pan to make bacon wrapped tenderloin. I usually use two cast iron pans for this because they can’t fit all of the tenderloin, this dish is hard on pans, and it’s something that needs to be seared on the stovetop first and then thrown into the oven.I have to say I was super impressed with the way this pan performed. It seared beautifully, the handle stayed cool, and went into the oven no problem. I do have some high-end copper pans and the handles get super hot so I was excited I could handle this without a pot holder on the stovetop.Usually when I make this dish there is a lot of caramelized, caked on food and oil that take days for me to remove from my cast irons though it does season them beautifully. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft Ninja used on this pan… Nothing was caked on, nothing stuck to its surface. The fat was still liquid and not a burnt crispy shell. Like I’ve never seen anything like it. To say I was blown away is an understatement. Listen to me when I tell you that after it cooled down I could have WIPED this pan clean using just a paper towel. Yeah I’m still in shock. They’ve really out done themselves and Ninja I forgive you! Throw out your cast irons now you don’t need them anymore. This is the future of cookware.
