This is a good nonstick pan & works on Induction. It heats evenly – although it does take a bit longer than my All-Clad pans to reach temperature on my induction cook top. I think that is because it is not super magnetic – the plate on the bottom is magnetic but magnets don’t hold really tight like other induction pans I own.It is slightly rough textured inside but it does release food well. I have other, more slick, diamond non-stick pans that release better but this is good. The handle is comfortable & does stay cool during cooking. It can also go in the oven up to 500F – that is really handy if you are browning food on the cook top & then finishing in a hot oven.It says dishwasher safe but I always hand wash my nonstick pans to preserve the finish. If you regularly wash these in the dishwasher, they will probably need replacing sooner. I put the glass lid thru the dishwasher most of the time with no problems.
