Very disappointed. I wanted a detangler plus a long cable. I have a detangler plus a short cord which is basically pointless as short cords don't tangle. The description is misleading: "2 feet in the bay; 13ft unwound," but to get to 13ft you'll have to completely destroy the cable so it never twists again (and pull hard enough to likely make the phone twitch). directly from the wall). A really comfortable extended length of this cable is around 5-6 feet. This cord is the same length as the standard cord that just came with my new wall phone, so I actually bought a cord I didn't need and an equally unnecessary (albeit expensive) rascal.
