A great way to hang decorative items that kids can't take off and play with
We have vintage toast forks that we wanted to hang under the mantel. However, we were worried that the grandchildren would try to fight them with swords. The safety hook on them is perfect for discouraging them from thinking they might take them off. However, it is easy for an adult to gain access. Some of the hooks broke when we installed them, but we placed them at such a weird angle under a shelf on the mantel.
