good paper for such a price especially as it is 100% cotton. it has a pretty good texture. The description says it's glued on two long sides, but I had it glued on all four, which I like. I also love the style of the notepad - the cover opens at the side to reveal the pages. However, my block was damaged. the corners were folded and creased, and one of them was even open. I highlighted the most damaged corner in the photo. It may not seem like a lot, but it's a place where water can collect and change the look of the painting. I'll probably have to trim that corner. It's still usable, but I'm upset that the corners are damaged.
