I bought this shirt for my 10lb Italian Greyhound who has alopecia with discoloration. She has no hair on her back due to this condition, but loves to lie in the sun. Sunscreen gets expensive and I hate putting all those chemicals on it every day. This shirt (large size) fits her well but isn't perfect due to its greyhound shape - it's tight enough not to fall off but not so tight that it rubs. So I bought another one to keep it clean while the other one was in the wash. I would definitely recommend this item but make sure you check the sizes and measure your dog. I wouldn't expect a toy breed to wear a size plus, but here it is.
