Review on πŸ’¦ Stay Hydrated on Your Runs with CamelBak Men's Zephyr Running Hydration Vest – Innovative Body Mapping Technology – 34 oz by Eric Nelso

Does what it's supposed to do - but expensive

I ran for a long time and needed a vest. What interested me about these shoes from CamelBak is that they are ultra light and seem to have some features that make them less visible to the runner. I find it works. It's so incredibly light it weighs next to nothing - 7 ounces I believe. It is comfortable and adapts to your body. Mesh features help keep it cool. This vest comes with 2 quick-stow water bottles in the front chest pockets, each holding approximately 16 ounces. It also has a pocket on the back that can hold a larger tank if desired. For a vest this light, there are a surprising number of little nooks and crannies and little compartments to stash things in. There is a zipped phone pocket on the front, but I feel like my iPhone 12 Pro Max is too big to fit in, which is disappointing. There is a stretchable outer mesh on the back that provides room for things and then there is a larger zipped compartment that is the size of the entire back of the vest and another zipped compartment inside. I come from the world of ultra light touring gear. so the high price for something like that doesn't surprise me. It's expensive, but does what it's supposed to. I deducted 1 star because the phone case doesn't fit my huge phone and because it's a good product but I don't think it's a good price so I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Some problems
