I read another review on this product and ordered a half size up and I'm glad I did. However, they rubbed the back of my ankles. I guess I'll just try to get some calluses because I like the ground effect, although I'm not sure I have the best socks for it. What the other reviewers don't seem to understand is that you need not only grounding shoes but also conductive socks as well as a conductive surface to stand on for them to work. You can't just wear them indoors on the floor and expect them to magically ground you. You need a grounding mat or you're walking on grass or maybe dirt trails. I'm also wondering if I need to wash the insoles to keep them conductive. I'm working on adding grounding plugs to a more comfortable pair of shoes, but the kit I received is very complicated and inefficient to use, so it's taking a while. That's why I wanted to try these.
