This item arrived as described. It was fairly easy to use, although it turned out to be quite thick and rough because we used it to repair a huge (palm-sized) hole in a round porcelain sink and the tools are very small and not round. Days to make it smooth and you have to repeat the process to get a completely smooth surface. The patch will eventually become slightly more opaque than the slightly translucent appearance of the original porcelain. The opacity and difficulty in getting a smoother finish before sanding warrants 4 stars, not 5. I gave 4 stars, not 3, because we didn't have to replace the entire sink, although we did.
