I loved my first pack so I ordered two more. Burnt coffee at the bottom of the second drawer! Talk about a morning shocker that will wake you up. Having moved my coffee to multiple storage rooms, I don't know when I'll get bad or good coffee. Lost some cream, too much so now I have to sniff the coffee after brewing. Three cups in the trash yesterday morning. Which production manager does that with customers? The smell of burnt coffee is unmissable in the factory! I will be looking for a new supplier of french vanilla coffee. At first I really liked this coffee. 😣
