Review on Shifter Button 1998 2002 Automatic 54132 S84 A81ZA by Adolfo Goins

I needed to replace the shift knob on my 2000 Honda Accord. I found this part at Revain and it said it would fit a 1998-2002 agreement. . Well it apparently didn't work. It was really easy to swap out on my 2000 Accord and I was able to press a button and shift from park to reverse with no issues. This is where the problem begins. When you return the shifter to Park and are ready to turn off the car, the key will NOT come out of the ignition. You can't just remove the key. I had to loosen the screws on the shifter to get the key out and take it out. For a while I drove around with a screwdriver to pull out the key every time I wanted to turn off the car. I actually had to order a new knob from an online Honda dealer and this knob worked perfectly for my 2000 Accord. I just wanted to warn anyone with a 2000 deal.
