I didn't have a Pet Safe dog door until a year later when the doors needed replacing and they aren't cheap but I bought it, installed it and found it that the bracket you screw the flaps to was not included. These are white cheap plastic parts. I used the old ones that came with the original door but within a month they broke in half leaving the door hanging loose and blowing cold air into your house. Replacement valves MUST come with a retainer as it is a cheap piece of plastic not designed to last. I will no longer buy Pet Safe products. Replacing two wings a year and trying to install a mounting bracket myself isn't something I signed up for. The cost of this dog door if you calculate the replacement cost is not what I signed up for.
