Great product. Comes with all the hardware to install it and hide the screws. The registration sticker is not covered. It is a soft silicone that protects the body from scratches on the license plate and prevents rattling. The license plate groove is wide enough to accommodate the thickness of the license plate, resulting in the edge of the bezel fitting snugly against the license plate, leaving no gap for dirt build-up and holding it securely in place when washed. There are holes at the top and bottom of the frame through which water flows. I just wish it wasn't that expensive but my cheaper ones came off the bottom in the wash so you get what you pay for. I would buy it again and recommend it.
