Review on Nikon NIKKOR Fixed Focus Cameras Camera & Photo by Jenny Davis

Rented a lens on a trip and fell in love with it. I bought it immediately and have no regrets. Not very heavy, good size and very sharp. I've been a photographer for about 3 years now and I really wanted a wide angle prime lens. Having used it on vacation in Florida I don't think I can ever be without it. Now this is my choice in favor of a landscape lens. The sun stars this lens produces are also beautiful. I think for the money this is a fantastic buy if you don't need an 'ultra wide'. I also have the advantage of being almost a macro lens due to the minimum focusing distance. Of course, this isn't the best option for portraits, but it's quite good if you don't disturb the typical wide distortion. It's also easy to take group photos with it! This is one of my favorite lenses in my bag. If you're looking for a basic wide-angle lens, this is it. I can't recommend it enough!
