Excellent circuit boards. Their hole pattern matches solderless breadboards of the same size. You create a prototype on a breadboard and when you are satisfied you can solder a version onto that board. The solder resist is great and makes soldering easier. The copper is thick enough that the connections can be repeated several times without tearing the copper foil from the substrate. You can also use a utility knife to cut the film between the holes if needed. The mounting holes are also large, making it easier to mechanically fix the board in the box.
