Works well. Used to move the Kenwood label on a turntable that has changed over the past 40 years. There are no problems with the tool. I am interested in the box it arrived in. Very good condition, so no problem. I was disgusted with the way the box was sealed. It's not like this. The top was not sealed. The box was not cellophane wrapped. There are no hooks or latches in the box. Small parts were in a ziplock bag but there was nothing else in the box to keep the heat gun and parts bag from bouncing around in the box. When I took the box out of my mailbox, the top of the box popped open and I had to catch the various components before they hit the bottom. When I think about it, I wonder how many times this has happened along the way. And what damage can be internal to the heat gun? She did what I needed.
