I love this product! I prefer to buy block cheese and grate it myself, but have always been afraid to grate it on my regular cheese grater! My wrist will hurt and my shoulder will hurt so bad it will take forever! I decided to try this as it was recommended by someone in a Facebook cooking group. I had my doubts but they were so excited that I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! This allows me to grate the same piece of cheese in a third of the time and with absolutely no pain! Also, they're more consistent parts than I've gotten before. It is so easy! And it's even easy to clean, especially with the little brush that comes with it! Besides being the best cheese grater. Last night I decided to use it to grate carrots for homemade lumpia. MY GOD ! Such a time saver and they turn out so amazing! The only advice I will give is that the angle is not perfect. Because it's so quick and easy to apply, you need to make sure the contents get into your bowl, bag or whatever. The first time I used it, I pounded it because I didn't realize how fast it grated the cheese, and since the angle wasn't steep enough for the cheese to fall out on its own, it started to stick together into a ball. .
