Review on Ignition Cable by Matt Weber

I put these wires on the 4 cyl. 99 Ford Ranger installed. Yes, there are 8 slots. they are the recommended replacement kit according to Rock Auto dot com. I used Autolite AP104 forks - Amazon listing https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000C21IKM/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0. The driver's side connectors are a bit more difficult to remove - I would recommend removing the intake manifold: it's fairly easy - 6 bolts on bottom, 2 on top plus 2 for the EGR valve. There are a couple of small hoses under the top manifold that are a little tricky to remove and reattach, but there's nothing a regular wrench can't do - use long-nosed needle nose pliers and a long, thin flat head screwdriver. A gasket to the lower manifold was included in the gasket kit I received from Advance Auto ($11). it won't take more than a few hours even if it's your first time doing this work. the second time no more than 45 minutes do not forget lubricant for dowels and screws.
