Or that the offender had to jump to achieve this; but that's what seems to be happening. I don't know where he finds a warm body on a not so cold winter night; Let's say around 40 degrees Fahrenheit. For health reasons, I may not be able to return it. But it's not your father's Oldsmobile. I definitely recommend you to look around for another brand. Ron /// Update: Mon, Dec 24, 2018: I am returning this unit. Trust what other reviews say you can't get more than 30ft detection range. I've been working with motion sensors for over 30 years. I've tried everything I can think of to get this working properly, but it doesn't go past 30 feet. And it behaves like it has a built-in time delay. I have an old device, I think about 30 years old, on my porch that almost fires when the detection field is traversed.
