I work with resin every day and have been searching for the perfect white flake for many years. I have tried all known brands, famous You Tube and Instagram brands and even ordered some from UK. I have at least 30 jars of white mica. They all have their own beauty, but to me they're not perfectly white. White gloss is just perfect! This is a super bright pearlescent lustrous white. It's so white that most of my other whites look cream or beige. I just epoxidized the top of a vintage table that I converted into a dressing table with this glossy white and a dash of shimmery white from other brands and it's absolutely gorgeous. My husband who hated the look of vintage furniture now loves the look of the table. Don't listen to the negative reviews, if you are looking for the perfect crisp white this is it! To those people who complain about it getting half full, don't you realize that all mica powders are sold by WEIGHT and not by VOLUME? Some mica colors are smaller in microns and therefore appear smaller than expected. The amount of Glimmer you get in each of these pouches is huge. Stop complaining and leaving bad reviews because your bag wasn't filled to the brim with Glimmer. I have the whole set of interference colors, glossy white, black, and now I'm ordering other colors again. Each color gives me amazing results. Add a little for a transparent color or a lot for a nice opaque color. I use them on furniture, counters, canvas, wood paneling and moulding. Works well with all applications I've used it in! I finally found my brand of mica. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about the brand is the packaging. It's terrible. Almost all my colors have fallen apart despite being sealed in the box. The zippers on the pockets ALWAYS rip the bag off the first time I open it and the mica flies out every time I open it. I bought 18 ounce cans to stash them all which solved this problem, but even trying to fit them into a can is a hassle and a mess. If you're looking for a highly pigmented mica that combines well with resin, then you've come to the right place! I love it!
