The smallest quality fan sewn in. The fan bearings sounded ready to fail on first use. The blower doesn't blow enough air to fully inflate, it needs to be twice as powerful. I use poles and zip ties to support him, to help him. I don't expect it to last past the holiday season. The plug is quite large, which is probably why the manufacturer can sell the same base unit and then add different plugs for each region. Not the end of the world, but makes compatibility with a waterproof case more difficult. The plug is not grounded and the pump power cord does not appear to be weatherproof. My undamaged box was missing some of the guy lines and pegs needed for the 6 loops. It's not 7 feet tall at all, it's closer to maybe 5 feet tall. This is a cheap inflatable with cheap components sold at a high price. The bouncy castle looks like the picture, but I wouldn't buy it.
