Review on πŸ”Œ Enhanced Power Delivery: POWTECH Extention Conducter Polarized Extension by Mike Modesto

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good solid connections and an unobtrusive socket.

This power strip is ideal when you want to turn on a fan or other low/medium current devices when the nearest outlet is unavailable. The 3 sockets are arranged vertically at the end of the socket which means that phone chargers such as Samsung's Slim (which have a USB socket on the side) can be used without interfering with neighboring sockets. The sockets are strong and provide a secure connection - you'll need to grasp the plug and socket to separate them so the plugs don't fall out when you move the cable. The cable itself is strong enough for home use. , but I wouldn't recommend it for busy offices - I've seen power strips in offices take a lot of abuse. Its 16 GA wiring can deliver a total current of 13 amps (at 15 feet - longer lengths require thicker wire to account for the electrical resistance of the copper), so don't use high power devices (over 1625 watts for this power cord) or the wire use gets hot. and possibly cause a fire. This applies to all electrical lines - always choose the strength of the cable according to your power requirements and the distance from the socket! I would definitely buy another one if I need one, although the price is a little high compared to some I've found in HEB stores.
