Easy to swallow. Good price. have used it in the past to help with weight loss. I find it very effective. I've gained about 20lbs in the last year during lockdown due to the pandemic and having used this in the past it has worked for me in the past when I've needed to shed a few pounds along with dieting (portion control). and daily exercises.
