I used to use the "official" PAGG stack and went with this one as it's much better so I could compare results between 2. It works if you use it properly, i.e. after a 4 hour meal. I tried counting calories with Soylent Meal Replacement and didn't see much benefit, but switching to turkey/bacon breakfast and chicken/spinach/black bean lunch and dinner showed an immediate improvement.
