Faulty wiper arm ruins ride

The wiper arm broke off mid-use during a rainstorm, leaving a dangerous and distracting mess on my windshield. The only positive is that the piece was easy to install, but that hardly counts when it endangers the driver's safety. This is not acceptable in the automotive world.

Cons

Requires matching wiper blade for proper fit.
