I know you are wondering if I have raven hands from the first picture to judge. The packaging these things came in brought a whirlwind of emotions. At first I thought I was wrong. These things are tiny pellets the size of fish food. I was like, 'Whatever. $10 wasted." They were meant for my 6 year old so no harm and foul I decided to try a few in a glass of water say 6 or 7. It took them about an hour and a half to grow to their full size When I saw the testers had grown I decided to try a larger sample Let me tell you what a lovely experience I have two comparable sizes in my hands Maximum size and only 10 minutes soaking. I poured about 1/3 bath into a fairly large bowl of Tupperware. They ended up outgrowing the original bowl and I had to spread them over another large bowl. Running your fingers over these little beads is so amazing therapeutic.. I know they started for me, I'm 6 years old, but I've played with them about 10 times more than he has.. I can definitely imagine with these things in a tub dur to get wet. The only downside is that they take time to grow. I would suggest soaking them for a while and then storing them until you are ready to use them. hp Then I divided evenly between 3 popcorn bowls. I added water just above the top layer of pearls in case they grow out more. I added a jug to show I wasn't adding more beads. So yes. I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting, but it far exceeded my non-existent expectations.
